Arctic Construction worked together with the oil company and engineering company to plan, design and implement this project. As General Contractor, ACI provided all earth moving, and marine equipment, including a sea dredge and pile driving equipment for construction. In addition ACI provided camp and support equipment as well as on shore logistical support.
