Arctic Siberia Limited assembled and shipped approximately $10,000,000.00 of construction, transportation and camp equipment in August 1993 to support its contract with Occidental/Parmaneft. The
equipment arrived in Archangel on September 7th, 1994 and was then shipped by rail and barge to Pechora, Komi Republic to commence construction of 10 km high grade road. After completion of the road, additional facilities were constructed to support the drilling operations, a base camp, pipe storage yard, helicopter pad as well as two additional drill pads for ongoing operations. Transportation equipment and cranes were also in use at the drill sites in support of operations.
